Do you need therapy but do not need to utilize in-patient services. Perhaps your physician prescribes outpatient therapy to improve some aspects of your physical health.
We partner with your physician to offer optimal care at every step in the recovery process, helping to improve mobility, align joints and bones, reduce pain, increase strength and maximize independence.

“Nazareth Living Center is absolutely wonderful. My husband has been going to physical therapy there. They have helped him more than anybody we have ever been to. He has Parkinson’s disease and does not always remember things. They are very patient with him and have provided him with some of the best equipment. He has been going there for 6-8 weeks. The staff is very gracious and knowledgeable. I was truly shocked at all of the progress he has made. I am very happy!”

Great Place
It was a real blessing for me to have my mother in Nazareth for the last 4 years of her life. The staff could not have been more comforting or supporting while my mother was a resident and even to this day. I loved that I had the capability to take my mom (who was totally dependent) to mass every morning. My main request was that she always wore her Scapular Medal and the staff made every effort to be sure she did. The best I can say is that I intend to be a resident at Nazareth in those stages of my life. Thank you everyone at Nazareth and God Bless You All!
